Delivery and shipping

We aim to process your orders within 2 to 3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Should any delay or issue incur with your orders; we will let you know by email. if we experience high volume of orders, your order might be delayed by a few days. GLS is the logistic company that will deliver your order, they will contact you as soon as delivery has been booked by us once your order is ready for delivery. they will do so via email.

If you do not receive an email, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please ensure you have entered the correct address of delivery when placing your order. Otherwise you will be charge for re-delivery.
